Advertising Sales Representative (Entry–Mid Level)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site / In-field)
Compensation: $50,000 base + 5% commission (uncapped)
OTE: $75,000+ Year 1 / $100,000+ Year 2
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (office + field)
Overview
A strong opportunity for early-career sales professionals looking to build a career in media and outdoor advertising. Ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related internships. This is a boots-on-the-ground role centered around prospecting, in-person meetings, and selling advertising solutions throughout the Phoenix market.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, cold call, and network to develop new business across Phoenix
Meet with local business owners, marketing teams, and agencies
Present high-impact outdoor advertising solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation ? proposal ? negotiation ? closing
Maintain pipeline and client communication in HubSpot CRM
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat revenue
Work closely with leadership to support overall market growth
What You’ll Bring
1–3+ years in sales, customer service, or sales/marketing internships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Driven, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Comfortable with door-to-door outreach, field prospecting, and face-to-face selling
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Bonus Points:
Experience in OOH, radio, print, or digital media sales
Existing network within the Phoenix advertising or business community
