Full-Time | Salary: $85,000–$95,000 DOE

Rosenbaum Realty is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager who knows how to drive digital marketing, real estate lead generation, SEO, and sales performance . Youll directly influence our pipeline by managing marketing strategy, ad spend, sales alignment, and content execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Lead SEO strategy and website optimization
• Analyze site performance and search rankings
• Drive organic traffic and lead quality improvements

Email Marketing & Campaigns

• Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns
• Segment lists, report on KPIs, and increase conversions

Social Media Strategy

• Manage posting and engagement across:
  • Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & TikTok
• Write social content, stories, captions, and community communication

Paid Advertising

• Collaborate with the ad spend team and vendors
• Manage a $150K/year paid media budget
• Measure ROI, CPL, and ongoing optimization

Sales Alignment & Lead Management

• Meet weekly with Business Development Managers (BDMs)
• Track KPIs: leads, conversions, pipeline health
• Support sales team with lead quality insights and coaching

Podcast & Content Oversight

• Understand what makes podcast promotions effective (dont edit audio)
• Post shows across platforms and manage outsourced editors
• Maintain content calendars aligned to business goals

Travel

• Occasional travel to conferences, events, and AZ offices
