NOW HIRING – Concrete Finishers | South Phoenix | $20/hr | Immediate Start

We’re looking for 4 Concrete Finishers to join a busy precast company located in South Phoenix. This is outdoor work with great opportunities for steady hours and long-term growth.

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 6am-2:30pm + OT
Start: Immediate

Job Duties:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Return all tools to proper storage after use and perform routine housekeeping (cleaning, organizing).
• Follow all established safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Repair, grout, seal, install, or modify precast concrete products according to production drawings and quality standards.
• Notify a supervisor if a product consistently needs rework.
• Read production drawings and routings to ensure products meet quality standards and determine additional required operations.
• Perform tasks such as coring, sealing, patching, painting, and racking as needed.
• Utilize various sealants to properly seal concrete products.

Experience: Previous precast or concrete finishing experience is a plus.
