Operations and Daily Duties:

Requirements

Two or more years of salon experience is preferred, but we will consider all experienced applicants who are dependable, detail-oriented, and energetic. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Ability to perform all tasks mentioned above.

Fully understands and can complete all Pet Bathers' duties to company standards. Must have scissoring skills and knowledge of all breed cuts, detail-oriented, able to handle seniors, puppies, and everything in between with patience and love.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience
• Ability to lift and groom pups up to 75 lbs
• Shampoo

Cleaning:

You will be required to correctly complete your daily, weekly, and monthly equipment cleaning and salon cleaning duties. You may be required to accept additional duties as needed.

Work Environment:

The majority of job duties are conducted indoors in the grooming salon. Position requires bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 75 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. A large amount of this partner’s time will be spent in direct contact with our guests dogs. The work environment can be noisy and wet. Improper use of safety equipment and/or not following proper lifting techniques may pose of risk of injury to customers, pets, and store personnel.
