As a Sr. Engineer, you will design, lead, and deliver enterprise-scale identity solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. We will count on you to serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to clients, specializing in identity transformations including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead technical delivery of identity-focused consulting engagements from assessment through implementation
• Produce technical designs, migration plans, and implementation runbooks
• Perform user, group, and workstation migrations with minimal business disruption

What we’re looking for

• 7–10+ years in Microsoft Identity / Infrastructure roles
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure / Identity-related certifications
• Experience in acquisition/divestiture environments
• Exposure to Zero Trust security frameworks
