Live Hydration Spa Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist Role:

We are looking for a delightful and enthusiastic person to elevate our client's experience by helping to guide clients to the best products and services for their specific needs. You will be responsible for educating them on all services that Live Hydration Spa offers. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy professional that, under minimal supervision, is confident in client service interactions and able to navigate selling programs and support a seamless experience to create an engaging environment that puts the customer at the center. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered and able to follow health and safety guidelines consistently. The goal is to promote the client's well-being by being a trusted partner in their overall wellness journey.

Responsibilities

? Greet and welcome all guests immediately in friendly manner

? Collaborate with healthcare providers to devise individualized care plans for patients

? Perform routine procedures such as client check in and out, answer phone calls, and answer questions for clients

? Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, preparing service area, etc.)

? Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for clients

? Administrative and routine clerical duties

? Consistently execute our selling model in a fun, team environment

? Meet sales goals and expectations during your scheduled shifts by upselling services and memberships

? Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, sales conversion and capturing customer phone numbers/email addresses

? Abide by our values, policies, procedures, and safety messages

? Support product replenishment activities that keep the store prepared

Skills

? A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Previous experience in retail sales is a plus

? Ability to learn relevant health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

? Ability and willingness to obtain BLS certification (CPR certification)

? Personal selling skills with the ability to guide client interactions to provide the best client experience

? Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

? Excellent problem-solving skills, responsible and compassionate, ability to listen to client needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
