What You’ll Do
Service Advisor Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, and expectations.
Write repair orders and coordinate with service technicians.
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service throughout the service process. Parts Professional Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, and riding gear.
Educate customers on products and new releases.
Merchandise and maintain attractive parts and apparel displays.
Help customers customize their motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Outgoing, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
