Overview

We are a small, upscale dental lab specializing in high-end aesthetic cases. Our focus is quality over volume, working directly with clinicians who demand exceptional artistry. We’re seeking an experienced dental ceramist who thrives in a modern, upscale environment and takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship. No big-lab chaos, just artistry!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Fabricate premium aesthetic crown & bridge, veneers, and implant restorations using zirconia and e.max (block or press).
• Attention to detail with shade matching, texture and anatomy application
• Advanced porcelain layering, staining, and contouring for natural aesthetics
• Collaborate directly with clinicians on complex cosmetic cases
• Ensure all restorations meet strict quality standards for fit, function, and high aesthetic outcomes
• Maintain a clean/organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Proficient in reading RX forms, lab scripts and detailed case specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Lab Ceramist. This is a lead role, not entry-level.
• Strong proficiency in ceramic layering techniques preferred. Candidates with foundational skills and a commitment to mastering premium aesthetics will also be considered. We invest in artistry!
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology relevant to restorative dentistry
• Ability to assess and prioritize work
• Multi-tasking ability
• Die Trimming and Implant Cementation a plus
• Team mindset
• Positive and professional attitude
