Dispatcher (Automotive Parts Delivery)

: We need a super star Dispatcher for a high-volume Automotive dealership in Scottsdale, AZ (101 Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd). This is an immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate. : Reporting to the Parts Manager, this position will Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed. Job duties functions include:

• Entering order information with utmost accuracy
• Assists with stocking/pulling auto parts
• Dispatching three to four delivery drivers for order pick-ups and/or part returns
• Performs invoice research as requested by the customer
• General housekeeping tasks as required
• Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area
• Performing all additional duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass criminal background and Drug Screen
• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of dispatching experience - previous automotive experience preferred
• Must be comfortable on a computer and able to work with dispatch software, preferred experience with Elite Trax software
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail skills
• Operates with sense of teamwork
• Strong work ethic
• On-time attendance and dependability are a must
