Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:15am to 05:15pm )

Job Duties:

• Provide in-person customer support, including selling and redeeming tickets, answering questions, and explaining game rules and processes.
• Handle phone inquiries, provide winning numbers, explain games, and transfer calls
• Process cash transactions, balance daily receipts, and issue claim checks.
• Perform data entry and prepare written correspondence.
• Operate computers, ticket terminals, calculators, and other office equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma/GED
• Required: Drivers License/Clean Driving Record
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Prior experience handling cash transactions is required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
