Door-to-Door Sales Representative — Uncapped Commission | Picture Perfect Pane

Are you self-motivated, competitive, and looking for a role where your effort directly determines your paycheck? Picture Perfect Pane is hiring driven individuals to join our door-to-door sales team in the greater Phoenix area, helping homeowners with sparkling clean windows.

What You'll Do

• Canvas neighborhoods and engage homeowners directly at their door
• Present and sell our window cleaning services to potential customers
• Build your own schedule and manage your own route
• Track leads and close sales independently

Compensation — Tiered Commission Structure

Picture Perfect Pane doesn't lock customers into contracts — so instead of a flat commission, we reward you for sales that turn into lasting customers through a tiered payout structure:

• Initial Sale: Earn a strong upfront commission the moment you close the sale
• Quarter 2 Bonus: Earn an additional payout when your customer returns for their next quarterly cleaning
• Quarter 3 Bonus: Earn a third payout when the customer continues service into their third quarter

Example: On an average $300 sale, a rep can earn $110 upfront , another $75 when the customer's second cleaning happens, and $55 when the third cleaning happens — $240 total per retained customer.

The bigger the sale, and the longer a customer stays with us, the more you earn. Your income grows as your customer base grows. Reps who build a strong base of repeat customers create a compounding income stream over time..

• Sales experience is a plus but NOT required — we'll help you develop the skills you need
• A positive attitude and thick skin (door-to-door means hearing "no" sometimes — we're looking for people who keep going)
• Someone who can eventually transition into a sales leader and build their own sales team
