This is a remote, full-time position focused on **Professional Outreach**. Unlike standard cold calling, you won’t be calling homeowners; you will be engaging with **Real Estate Agents** to uncover off-market opportunities and build professional rapport.

### **What You’ll Do**

* **Professional Outreach:** Manually dial and connect with real estate agents daily.
* **Lead Qualification:** Go beyond the script to identify deal potential.
* **Data Management:** Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate notes in our CRM.
* **Consistent Follow-up:** Execute rigorous follow-up sequences to ensure no deal goes cold.

### **What We’re Looking For**

* **Expert Communication (Non-Negotiable):** You must possess a **fluent English accent (American-level or Neutral)**. You must sound professional, confident, and capable of building rapport with licensed agents.
* **The "Backbone":** While we provide training, having **prior cold calling experience** is a major plus. We need someone with the discipline to handle high-volume dialing.
* **Reliability:** You are organized, disciplined, and possess a quiet home office setup with stable internet.
* **Hunger:** You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you want to earn big through uncapped commissions on closed deals.
