Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Tempe, AZ

$28- $32 Hourly Based On Experience

3-6 Month Contract with possible Extension

Must Haves:

•2+ years of experience in a Executive Assistant or administrative/support role, preferably with exposure to a Customer Service Support function or equivalent environment.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CANVA is highly desirable.

•Proven ability to be solution and results oriented.

•Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written

•Proven ability to plan and organize events

•Ability to time manage without constant supervision

•Trustworthy with the ability to always maintain confidentiality

Day to Day:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Customer Service leadership (Supporting 2 VP's), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordination of key activities, and timely completion of departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership with scheduling, meetings, and reporting.
• Coordinate travel, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, department records, and documentation.
• Process purchase requisitions and track department expenses.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and meeting minutes.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
