Service Desk Technician
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Service Desk Technician. Summary: In this role, the hybrid Service Desk/Device Mgmt Technician provides troubleshooting assistance to employees, various day-to-day tasks associated with the IT department, and other specially assigned tasks as needed. A proficiency in Microsoft Office products is needed, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Server environment. Additional third-party products are used and must be learned by the Service Desk Technician as needed. Responsibilities:
- Handles administrate tasks as needed (New Customer set-up, Knowledge Base creation and management)
- Inventory/Asset Management
- Assist end users with use of technology
- Support end users with all hardware and software
- Active Directory: Perform tasks related to provisioning and deactivation of network user accounts
- Engage with other IT departments for process and systems Go-Live events
- Printer Support
- Microsoft O365 Suite
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Apple/iPhone
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
