Job Title: AutoCAD Technician with Land Surveying Experience

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona (Fully Remote or Hybrid)

Job Type : Part-time (24 hours per week)

Compensation: $21-$22 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Summary:

GTS is seeking a skilled and dedicated AutoCAD Technician with land surveying experience to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As an AutoCAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD software to support our engineering, design, and land surveying projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software for land surveying and engineering projects
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and land surveyors to understand project requirements and design concepts
• Ensure accuracy and quality of technical drawings by adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Manage and organize project files, including revisions and document control
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD software, with experience in 2D and 3D drafting
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles, specifically related to land surveying and engineering
• Familiarity with land surveying techniques and principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
