About the Role

As an Armed Security Guard , you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment for our clients, their property, and the community. Your expertise and vigilance will ensure peace of mind for those we serve. We currently have full-time and part-time armed positions available in the Tempe/Phoenix area.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to prevent unauthorized activity.

- Responding promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.

- Enforcing rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.

- Writing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records.

- Collaborating with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- An active armed security guard license through AZDPS.

- At least 1 year of experience in an armed security role.

- Strong observational and decision-making skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle for transportation, strong written and verbal communications skills, and a reliable smart phone to download and use reporting and scheduling apps.
