Radiology Job Details

• Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 – Enjoy Arizona healthcare jobs in a vibrant community with mountain ranges, lake scenery, and abundant outdoor recreation including fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking. Close proximity to Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon.
• Employment Type: Locum tenens (Travel Radiology Contract)
• Start Date: September 8, 2024
• End Date: December 8, 2024
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (07:00-15:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: Required
• Number of Positions: 1
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2000-$2050

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) in a clinical or hospital setting
• Registered with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Valid Arizona state Radiologic Technologist license
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT, MRI, Dexa, Vascular, and general radiology exams
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently in a hospital environment
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled
