Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm and 6am–3pm (must be flexible for both)

About the Role
We are seeking Customer Service Agents to support a digital payments team specializing in property-related transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a customer service environment without having to manage inbound customer complaints.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to insurance carriers to complete escrow-related payments on behalf of mortgage clients. You’ll use an internal CRM to track payment statuses and will process payments through carrier websites, automated phone systems, or live customer service representatives.
This position offers a steady, structured workflow and a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Use CRM software to update and track payment statuses
- Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to complete payments
- Process payments through online portals, automated phone systems, or live agents
- Escalate issues as needed to team leads
- Manage daily workload to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain professional communication and a calm, confident phone presence

- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
