## Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to help expand the adoption of PropStack Pro nationwide.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping organizations solve complex operational challenges through technology. We provide qualified leads, CRM access, sales tools, marketing materials, and product training to support your success.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for introducing affordable housing organizations to PropStack Pro, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

## Responsibilities

* Prospect and engage affordable housing organizations, property management companies, housing authorities, and nonprofit housing providers
* Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations
* Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and industry stakeholders
* Manage leads and opportunities through the company CRM
* Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle
* Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and market trends
* Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records
* Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed

## Qualifications

### Required

### Preferred

* Experience in B2B sales
* Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
* Experience in affordable housing, property management, multifamily housing, real estate, compliance, or PropTech
* Existing industry relationships are a plus
