Compensation: $19.50/hr + 10% Diff = $21.45/hr.

Schedule: 980 Reg – 2 nd shift

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation.

What You'll Do:

• Entry-level support individual contributor.
• Explains facts and practices related to job area.
• Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
• Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is needed.
• Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information needing explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
• Use of hand tools and specialized testing equipment.
• Participating in process improvements.
• Keep work area orderly and clean.
• Work with engineering and engineering technicians.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of Microscope and inspection experience.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
• Good hand/eye coordination – manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary.
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
• Patience.
• Ability to work with small fragile parts.
• Ability to follow work instructions and make operation entries on computer terminals.
• Needs minimal job knowledge/skills.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

• A combination of sitting/standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift arms shoulder height to load the tool.
