Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong experience managing large-scale, end-to-end (E2E) testing programs across complex, multi-system enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for driving test strategy execution, cross-team coordination, and quality governance for critical business programs. Key Responsibilities Own program management for large-scale E2E testing initiatives spanning multiple applications, systems, and vendor teams. Partner with QA leads, business analysts, and engineering teams to define test scope, strategy, and entry/exit criteria. Manage test planning, execution tracking, defect triage governance, and test environment/data readiness. Coordinate across SIT, UAT, performance, regression, and E2E test phases to ensure aligned delivery timelines. Drive risk identification and mitigation related to test coverage, environment constraints, and defect burn-down. Provide executive-level reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and go-live readiness. Manage dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams/releases and multiple vendor/SI testing teams. Facilitate defect triage calls, go/no-go readiness reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings. Ensure adherence to enterprise QA standards, tooling (e.g., HP ALM/JIRA/Zephyr), and release management processes.
