Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – On-Site, No Field Work!

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) , you'll serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescent and adult patients in a state-of-the-art, structured facility.

Your Role & Impact

Serve as the admitting and attending provider for adolescents and adults in psychiatric crisis
Complete psychiatric assessments , risk evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with patients' families, guardians, and social services for holistic care
Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and safe discharge planning
Lead the development and implementation of individualized mental health treatment plans
Order labs, review medical history, and conduct focused physicals as appropriate
Support policy and program development to improve service delivery

What We're Looking For

PMHNP-BC licensed in the state of Arizona

Unrestricted DEA license

1+ years of experience in psychiatric or crisis mental health care, with youth and adults
Strong working knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychiatric care standards
Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team

Strong skills in clinical judgment, medication management, and crisis assessment
Proficient in documentation and use of EMR systems
Committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed psychiatric care
