Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take ownership of complex infrastructure bids across the Arizona market. This position is ideal for a professional who wants to play a strategic role in winning work, influencing project direction, and contributing to long-term growth.

In this role, you will lead estimating efforts on large-scale civil and transportation projects, including roadway, aviation, and site development work. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop competitive, risk-aware bid strategies that align with operational capabilities and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and geotechnical data to develop accurate and competitive estimates
• Conduct site visits and pre-bid assessments to identify risks and opportunities
• Determine scope breakdown between self-performed work and subcontracted trades
• Prepare and distribute bid packages to subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software tools
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and provide award recommendations
• Lead internal bid reviews and ensure alignment on pricing and execution strategy
• Support business development efforts by contributing to win strategies and proposal positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil or roadway estimating
• Proven experience estimating grading, paving, concrete, and transportation infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aviation or airport-related projects
• Familiarity with AGTEK, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Primavera P6, or similar tools
• Experience with DBE/SBE participation and compliance requirements
