Compensation Range: $40/hr – $50/hr

Job Description:
Support day-to-day product delivery for engineering squads by leading Agile execution, maintaining Jira workflows, and driving sprint accountability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and showcases

• Manage and refine backlogs, tickets, and epics in Jira

• Build logical sprint plans and product increments that support natural development flow

• Track sprint metrics such as predictability, velocity, and throughput

• Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues, and escalate as needed

• Partner closely with engineers, engineering managers, and technical product managers on progress, timelines, and priorities

• Monitor ticket status, completion, and team progress against expectations

• Ensure Jira is organized and configured to support on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar delivery-focused role

  • Strong Jira experience, including ticket creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, epic management, and progress tracking

  • Experience working directly with engineering and product teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies confidently

  • Experience in startup, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments with limited process maturity

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving problems operationally day to day

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, Lean, or SAFe

  • Experience helping establish or improve Agile processes and team standards

  • Background as a Business Analyst with Scrum ceremony leadership experience
