Position Overview:
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and administer nursing care; may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake, triage, and nursing assessments in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans within the RN scope of practice.
- Administer nursing care and monitor patient response; escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the EHR per clinic standards.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient clinic flow.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Job qualifications & certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse licensure/registration as required for the assignment location.
- Current BLS/CPR as required by the client facility (if applicable).
- Outpatient/clinic experience and EHR proficiency preferred.
- Subject to client/solicitation onboarding requirements (licensure verification, background screening, and any required pre-placement documentation).
