Position Overview:
The Project Director will oversee and manage large-scale commercial roofing projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Project Director within a General Contractor environment, with specialized knowledge of commercial roofing projects.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic decision-making abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in project management within construction and/or a general contractor; commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Proven track record in leading large, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in construction project management software preferred (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but nor required).
