This position, often referred to internally as a Job Coach, works closely with individuals with disabilities individually or in small groups, coordinating and supervising job training activities, and guiding program participants as they overcome barriers and progress toward their employment goals. As the Employment Services Specialist, you won't simply handle a caseload; you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential through tailored training programs and individual support services. You'll be at the heart of a mission-driven organization, impacting the lives of over 400 individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or other barriers to employment through a diverse range of crucial services, including Group Home Services, In-Home Services, QC Learning Adult Day Program, and our innovative Employment Services program. - Educational Background: High School Diploma with documented 1-year related experience, or Associate/Bachelors degree in a related field: Social work, Psychology, Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Sociology, Human Development, or Direct Care.
- Driving & Criminal Record: Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean record for the past 3 years and a Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance and Background Check.

COMPENSATION Full Time with benefits Starting Salary is 17.40 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and 401K.
