Surgical Technologist III
We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Tech III to join our dynamic surgical team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role is perfect for dedicated surgical technologists looking to advance their career in a supportive, fast-paced medical environment. As a Surgical Tech III, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining a sterile and organized operating room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical operations.
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes during procedures.
- Maintain surgical equipment and inventory, ensuring readiness for each procedure.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Surgical Tech Certification OR completion of an accredited Surgical Tech Program.
- 1+ years of surgical technologist experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile procedures, and operating room protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
