Safety Specialist

Job Title: Safety Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to join our team, supporting a local data center project. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and customers at job sites. Responsibilities + Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance. + Perform incident investigations and reporting. + Manage safety supplies and equipment efficiently. + Provide comprehensive safety training to staff. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer expectations. Essential Skills + 5+ years of construction safety experience. + Commercial construction experience. + CHST certification. + Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations. + Ability to identify and assess hazards. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience in safety training and instruction. + Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards. + Experience with incident investigation and reporting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree preferred. + Experience working on data center projects preferred. Work Environment The role is based onsite at a data center project, with the schedule being Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. There is some opportunity for overtime.
