Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 Base + Monthly Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

This is a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney role with a large, well-resourced plaintiff personal injury firm in Phoenix. The team handles a high volume of GL cases and needs an attorney who can own a pre-litigation docket, drive settlements, and lead a team of case managers without needing to be walked through the process.

This is not a training role. If you have real plaintiff PI or GL experience managing pre-litigation matters from intake through demand and settlement, this is a strong opportunity with stable comp and a clear structure behind you.

What You Will Do

• Manage a high-volume general liability pre-litigation docket
• Evaluate liability and develop case strategy early in the process
• Draft and send demand packages and oversee settlement negotiations with carriers
• Supervise and coordinate a team of case managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before suit is filed
• Track KPIs and hit defined pre-suit performance benchmarks
• Determine which cases are ready to flip to litigation

Must-Have Background

• 1+ years of plaintiff PI or general liability attorney experience
• Comfort managing a large pre-litigation caseload with defined metrics
• Experience negotiating directly with insurance carriers
• Ability to lead or closely supervise non-attorney staff
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Phoenix

Compensation

• Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly performance bonus of up to $2,000, putting realistic all-in compensation in the $125,000 to $150,000 range once you are ramped. This is a structured, employee-model role, not eat what you kill, with consistent workflow and real support around you. Full benefits included.

Work Model

• 5 days onsite in Phoenix. No hybrid or remote flexibility.
