Renata’s Hearth serves contemporary Latin cuisine drawing inspiration from Mexico, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America with a focus on southwest ingredients and old world preparations to include smoking and grilling traditions. The name Renata means ‘born again’ and this reincarnation is a thank you to the bold and creative women who lived vibrantly beyond the rules.

As a Restaurant Server , you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The duties include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or
  restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
• Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
• When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to
  guest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by all State, Federal and
• Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to
  minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and present check. Process check per hotel procedures.

This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The restaurant is open for dinner 7 nights a week from 5-10pm.

• At least two (2) years of previous server experience, preferred
• Prior Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume environment
• Proactive
• Organized
• Keen eye for detail
• Prior experience in a hotel or resort is a plus
• Food Handlers Card, preferred
• TIPS Certification, preferred
