Leasing Consultant - Property Management

Location: Maricopa, AZ 85138

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $22-$23 per hour

We’re seeking a Leasing Consultant who understands the leasing process, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can deliver results with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide high‑quality, informative property tours
• Respond quickly to phone, email, and online inquiries to maximize leasing opportunities
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and highlight community features and benefits
• Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare accurate lease agreements
• Manage renewals, resident communication, and customer service needs
• Maintain organized records and update property management software daily
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and occupancy‑driven initiatives
• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required (property management or multifamily preferred)
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional appearance and positive, solution‑focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and leasing software
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
