Our established State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated State Farm Agency Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, providing exceptional customer service, and building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

This is not a management position. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment while learning the skills needed to build a successful career with our agency.
About the Role
This is a sales and service position within an established State Farm agency. You'll assist clients with their insurance needs, provide outstanding customer service, identify opportunities to better protect our customers, and help support the day-to-day activities of the agency.
This is not a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. Most of your time will be spent assisting existing clients, servicing policies, answering questions, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. When outbound calls are made, they are typically to former clients who previously insured through our agencynot cold prospects.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting clients with policy questions and service requests
- Processing policy changes and account updates
- Quoting and writing new insurance policies
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
- Following up with existing and former clients
- Helping maintain accurate client records
- Supporting the day-to-day activities of the agency
- Building strong relationships with our clients
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Current Arizona Property & Casualty License preferred, but not required
- Candidates must be willing to obtain their Arizona Property & Casualty License after hire
- Previous experience working in a State Farm agency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Compensation
- $40,000 annual base salary
