Responsibilities:

• Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal goals.
• Support residents with appointments, activities, and community outings.
• Help monitor health, wellness, and medication routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
• Complete basic documentation and follow all company policies.

Behavioral Health Support:

• Implement behavior support and treatment plans as directed.
• Encourage positive coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Observe and report behavioral changes or incidents accurately.
• Reinforce therapeutic goals and model appropriate social behavior.

Requirements:

• Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass background screening.
