Location: On-site position based in Phoenix AZ in a central commutable area of the Valley.

Job Description

• Handle day-to-day law firm accounting tasks including accounts payable accounts receivable and trust-related entries.
• Assist with client billing time and cost entries and monthly invoice generation.
• Support collections efforts by tracking outstanding balances and following up professionally with clients as directed.
• Open and maintain new client and matter records with accurate financial and billing details.
• Provide general accounting administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end and year-end reporting.
• Help improve processes and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all financial data.

Qualifications

• Prior law firm accounting experience is required.
• Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and/or billing in a professional services setting.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
• Reliable punctual and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear professional communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in Phoenix AZ.
