Must possess an active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine passion for helping others and building lasting relationships.

Comfortable utilizing various sales and CRM technologies.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals.
