Supply Chain Planning Master Analyst

Position Summary

The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage, maintain, grow, and enhance SAP IBP and all modules of IBP Planning. This role supports data management across regional business units. Responsibilities include analyzing system data, developing insights, and delivering impactful reporting tools. The analyst supports business processes by developing advanced queries and actionable reports, while providing insight-driven recommendations for production and planning optimization.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure effective Master Data Management practices within IBP and ERP systems.
• Enable forecasting, demand planning, and supply reconciliation through IBP analytics.
• Analyze system data and deliver insights to support business decisions.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on IBP workflows and reporting tools.
• Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and communicate resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain planning enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business.
• Three years of experience in Master Data, Planning, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP IBP experience.
• Advanced experience in analytics and reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage, diagnose, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of change management.

Environmental/Working Conditions

• Able to travel 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working with computers and software systems.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift office materials as needed.
