This role focuses on delivering high-quality vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while maintaining superior customer service standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest administrative and technical toolsProvide courteous and professional interaction with all customersGreet customers proactively when near the Service Drive areaStay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operationsEnsure safe, reliable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first timeAddress all original customer concerns before performing additional sales workInspect vehicles thoroughly to identify additional maintenance or repair opportunities following factory and local recommendationsReturn vehicles to customers clean or cleaner than receivedParticipate in factory and in-house training programs as requiredComplete all documentation accurately and ensure all required forms are attached to repair ordersPerform additional duties as assigned by Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Group LeaderMaintain punctuality, professionalism, and dress code standardsWork EnvironmentThis is an in-person position based at our dealership in Gilbert, AZ. You will be part of a professional team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:Qualifications and RequirementsExperience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and modelsProven ability to meet or exceed performance goalsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicPositive attitude and high-energy personalityAbility to read and comprehend technical instructionsGood judgment and problem-solving skillsValid state driver's license with a clean driving recordEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredASE certification or demonstrated technical aptitude requiredTechnical or trade school degree preferred
