• Project Cash-Flow & P&L Management: Full accountability for operational P&L, with a focus on optimizing WIP (Work in Progress), mitigating "under-billing" risks, and protecting margins on multi-year contracts.

• Safety Culture Leadership: Enforce a "zero-compromise" safety culture, ensuring world-class compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards across high-hazard jobsites.
