Experience/Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care or similar role.
Strong ability to monitor and report patient vital signs accurately.
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving personal and team performance goals.
Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Experience with electronic patient records and documentation.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
