HAVASU LANDING CASINO DEPARTMENT: BAR
REPORTS TO: FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
PAY RATE: $15.00/HOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and qualify for a gaming license.
- Cannot be convicted of a felony
- Ability to qualify for a food handler’s card or serve safe certification.
- Ability to qualify for responsible beverage server.
- Ability to work flexible hours and take direction from management
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
- Requires good verbal and communications skills
- Must have complete knowledge of legal requirements and liquor laws including gaming regulations as they apply to the food and beverage operations
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to five (5) hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift 60 pounds, must be able to reach above shoulders frequently and repetitively
- The ability to slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks, wash and sterilize glassware
- Help always maintain a clean work environment, ensures ashtrays are always clean
- Keep Co2 tanks, change bag in the box soda, get ice, change out kegs, etc.
- Must be flexible and be able to work Holidays, weekends, days, and nights
- All duties as assigned
