Job Type: Temporary / Part-Time

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description:
Ōnin Staffing is seeking a dependable and professional Bilingual Onsite Staffing Representative to provide temporary support for two valued client locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, helping employees, and building strong customer relationships.

The Onsite Representative will act as the main point of contact for associates and client leadership, assisting with attendance, onboarding support, communication, and overall workforce coordination.

Skills and Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Support two client locations with onsite staffing needs
• Serve as a liaison between client management, employees, and Ōnin Staffing
• Assist with attendance tracking, call-offs, and employee relations
• Help with onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence onsite
• Communicate schedule changes and staffing needs quickly
• Pivot priorities as business demands change

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Previous onsite staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation to support multiple client sites
• Flexible schedule with ability to work additional hours as needed
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
