**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor site conditions and report any security-related concerns or irregularities to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.
+ Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, helping to verify credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Support the location's operations by being alert to any security-related hazards and/or potential disruptions, and taking appropriate action within the scope of the post profile.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
