Sonoran MD is a growing healthcare practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Supervisor to lead our Sun City clinic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting providers, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Position Summary:

The Office Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff management, patient flow, billing and coding processes, insurance verification, inventory management, and compliance with policies and procedures. This individual must be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in both leadership and clinical administration within a primary care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflows.

• Oversee scheduling, patient intake, and clinic operations to optimize patient experience.

• Manage billing, coding, and insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor and maintain clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff; provide feedback and corrective actions when necessary.

• Collaborate with providers, leadership, and other clinic locations to streamline operations.

• Prepare reports and assist leadership with performance metrics and financial tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting (primary care strongly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.

• Proven experience in staff management, leadership, and team development.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Preferred:

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems.

• Background in multi-provider or multi-location medical practices.
