As an F45 instructor you will run industry leading group HIIT sessions. Our classes are 45 minutes long and deliver results.

• Recognized Personal Training Certification*

• Experience in running successful group training classes.
• Have great communication skills and deliver a high-level member experience
• Love for HIIT and Functional Training
• Membership Sales required
• Availability for Marketing/Table events
• CPR/AED Certification
• Experience working with injuries/previous injuries
• Personal training/group training experience
• Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities
• Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Ability to train at all fitness levels
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

F45 Trainers need to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. Trainers must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve balance trainers, medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, suspension trainers, sleds, ab wheels, or other fitness equipment.
