Nurse Practitioner
Integrated Medical Clinic with 10 Valley locations has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner at our Gilbert clinic! (Other locations may also be available)
We are a seeking a motivated and energetic Provider to join our collaborative TEAM of medical providers, chiropractors, physical medicine/rehab and massage therapists.
Our primary patient base are patients who seek more natural alternatives to traditional musculoskeletal and other daily health conditions through our dynamic functional health treatments.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Evaluation and management of the musculoskeletal pain management (Non Narcotic) and associated functional health optimization patients.
- Patient evaluation and intake for service
- Physical therapy evaluation
- DME evaluation / dispensing
- Large/Small joint Injections with assistance of ultrasound.
- Trigger Point Injection therapy
- Basic Primary Care
- Laboratory evaluation
- Medication adjustment
- Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing
- IV Nutrient Therapy
- Weight loss management
- Hormone Therapy
- Neuropathy Treatment
- Regenerative Medicine-PRP
Training provided where needed.
Compensation:
- *Starting at 100-130K DOE + Bonuses
- *No Call/ No Weekends
