Our client in Cottonwood needs a Front Office Assistant/Receptionist starting asap for a temporary assignment.

- 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Monday and 8:00 am -4:30 pm Tuesday- Friday
- $17/hour

We have a medical-based company looking for a Front Office Assistant/Receptionist to start immediately.
Responsible for: greeting patients, answer phones, verify insurance, making outbound calls, confirmation calls, basic intake, posting payments, and creating appointments
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Organized
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- People focused
- Outstanding Communications skills
This position will require a background check and an immediate start once cleared.
