Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, and equipment. This role executes work priorities to team members based on production needs, oversees scheduling of repairs and maintenance activities, and supports product development and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the designing, implementing, and modifying preventative maintenance programs.
• Resolve maintenance issues by collaborating with management, engineering, and quality teams.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, repair, rebuild and/or replace manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
• Update SOP’s and work instructions as needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of tools, supplies, spare parts, and other materials necessary for job duties.
• Communicate and escalate significant equipment concerns to upper management in a timely manner, providing proposed solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of best maintenance practices.
• Ensure labor efficiency and productivity of direct reports.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical understanding in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to learn and utilize CMMS, Oracle, and other relevant software.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications :

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of extrusion equipment and processes.
