Outside Golf Services Attendant
Golf Club in Gilbert, Arizona is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.
Position Overview:
The Outside Services Attendant provides outstanding customer service to members and guests while supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The role ensures golf carts are staged, stored, clean, functional, and ready for use, while also delivering golf-related services that create a seamless and enjoyable experience for golfers.
Requirements
Experience Required
• Preferred high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, bend, and lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed and availability to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
