Housekeeper | Part Time (Sat - Mon)

Key Responsibilities• Cleaning & Sanitation
• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.
• Empty trash from apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Clean all entryways to maintain a neat appearance.
• Use universal precautions when cleaning/disinfecting high traffic areas.
• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community.
• Environmental Maintenance Support; other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds routinely.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, and professionalism when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial work, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures.
